The Czech Republic is a beautiful country with hundreds of places worth seeing. Tourists prefer hotel accommodation or short term renting of apartments. You can choose from a wide variety right from basic pensions and hostels to the most luxurious hotels to suit your needs.

Although Czech cuisine is not the best choice for vegetarians, everybody will most likely find at least a couple of meals "to die for". It may be the potato soup, the traditional roast pork with dumplings and sauerkraut, the fruit filled dumplings, or the apple strudel. There are plenty of night pubs, bars and clubs which you can visit. Almost every town has its own clubs and pubs. Prague has the best clubs and most of luxury hotels, but other cities (such as Carlsbad or Brno) have clubs and luxury hotels too. There is a vast demand for English teachers in the Czech Republic. Being a native speaker is not good enough any more. Language schools in Prague are now demanding all applicants to have TEFL course certificates. Any additional qualification will be beneficial.
